We're not just in the chicken business. We're in the flavour business.
Wingstop is on fire right now - Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024, 2025 & 2026, the UK's #1 QSR brand in 2025, and Deliveroo's #1 dish of 2025. We deliver bold flavour and unforgettable experiences, for our customers and our team. Now we need a designer who can turn that energy into creative that actually moves the needle.
The Role
This isn't a "make it look nice" design job. It's a make-it-work design job.
As our Designer – Growth & Commercial, you'll sit within the Brand team (reporting to the Brand Creative Lead) with a dotted line into our Chief Growth Officer - designing the creative that fuels loyalty, drives delivery growth, sharpens the menu, powers paid social, and gets people through the door (or onto the app). You understand that great design isn't just beautiful - it converts, retains, and sells.
If you thrive at pace, love a fast-moving trading environment, and get a kick out of watching your creative shift the numbers, this is your seat at the table.
What You'll Be Doing
Commercial & Growth Creative
- Design for acquisition, retention, frequency and spend - loyalty comms, LSM marketing, occasion campaigns, delivery promos, CRM, POS and kiosk journeys
- Turn commercial briefs into visual design that drives real action across digital and physical touchpoints

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

A Note on AI
We know AI is a handy tool, and plenty of candidates use it - that's fine. But we want you, not an AI-flavoured version of you. Applications or interview tasks that lean heavily on AI won't give us a true read on who you are. Bring your real voice, your real experience - that's who we're excited to meet.
