Designer

Salary: £55,000
Location: Manchester – Hybrid

Maxwell Bond have partnered with one of the UK's fastest-growing FinTech businesses, who are continuing to invest heavily in their brand, customer experience and design capability. They're looking for a talented Designer to join their team and help shape how the business looks, feels and communicates across every customer touchpoint.

This is a broad, high-impact role working across Product, Marketing, Partnerships and Commercial teams. You'll create high-quality design work, build scalable design solutions and help ensure every customer experience feels consistent, engaging and unmistakably on-brand.

You'll also be joining a business that embraces AI as part of its day-to-day operations, using modern tools and workflows to move quickly, improve efficiency and enable a small team to have an outsized impact.

What You'll Do as Designer:

  • Create high-quality visual assets across digital products, marketing campaigns, partnerships and customer communications, ensuring every customer-facing experience reflects the brand.
  • Build, maintain and evolve reusable design components, templates, assets and standards that enable teams across the business to deliver great design consistently and at pace.
  • Use AI tools as part of your day-to-day workflow to accelerate design production, content creation and asset generation, while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Partnerships and Commercial teams on new initiatives, campaigns and customer experiences.

What We're Looking For as Designer:

  • Proven experience delivering high-quality visual and digital design work across multiple channels, with a strong understanding of branding, visual communication and customer experience.
  • Experience building, maintaining or contributing to design systems, reusable components and scalable design assets.
  • Confident using AI-powered tools to improve design workflows, productivity and creative output.
  • Strong attention to detail, with high standards and genuine pride in producing exceptional work.
