Build one of the UK's fastest-growing personal brands

We're looking for a designer who wants to create work seen by hundreds of thousands, and eventually millions of people. This isn't about maintaining an existing brand or producing endless social graphics. It's an opportunity to help define the visual identity of an entrepreneur building one of the UK's most ambitious media and technology businesses. From Instagram and LinkedIn to books, software products, YouTube and live events, you'll help shape how the brand looks, feels and grows over the coming years.

About the founder

Our client is a proven entrepreneur. He built a software company from scratch, scaling it to more than £50 million in revenue before selling the business in 2024 for an eight-figure sum. Over the last year he's applied the same principles to his own personal brand, growing an audience of more than 500,000 followers through practical, experience-led content on entrepreneurship and wealth creation. Today he's building far more than a personal brand. That includes:

  • A creator SaaS platform
  • A creator accelerator and co-working community
  • A rapidly expanding YouTube and podcast operation
  • A bestselling book project
  • Online education products
  • New technology ventures

You'll join at the beginning, helping build the creative identity that ties everything together.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The opportunity

You'll have genuine creative ownership from day one. Rather than joining a business with rigid brand guidelines, you'll help create them. Your work will influence how hundreds of thousands and eventually millions of people experience the brand. Working with the creative director and the social media team, you'll own the design of:

  • Instagram carousels
  • LinkedIn graphics
  • Brand templates
  • Launch campaigns
  • Landing pages
  • Waiting lists
  • Product assets
  • Course materials
  • Marketing creatives

You'll also use AI to rapidly prototype, design and launch new ideas. Because we're a small, ambitious team, everyone rolls their sleeves up, so you could also:

  • Capture content with the founder
  • Support photography and filming
  • Help create behind-the-scenes content
  • Schedule content across social platforms
  • Support community engagement
  • Pitch creative ideas
  • Occasionally help with events, launches and whatever else is needed to keep projects moving

About you

We're looking for someone with exceptional creative taste. You instinctively understand what makes people stop scrolling and know how to create work that feels clean, modern and premium. We're far more interested in your portfolio than the number of years you've worked. Whether you're self-taught or have several years of experience, we're looking for outstanding design not impressive CVs. You'll probably have experience with:

  • Designing content for Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar
  • AI-powered creative tools
  • Creating content at speed without compromising quality
