Job Title: Designer & Social Media Handler

Location: Meerut

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary

The Designer & Social Media Handler will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content and managing the company’s digital presence across social media platforms. The role includes designing marketing materials, audit-related creatives, and maintaining consistent branding while ensuring effective online engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design posters, brochures, banners, presentations, and digital creatives for marketing and compliance-related communication.
  • Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) by planning and posting regular content.
  • Develop creative visuals for audit awareness posts, industry updates, compliance-related infographics, and campaigns.
  • Monitor social media engagement, respond to messages, and build brand visibility.
  • Create and edit short videos, reels, and promotional content.
  • Maintain design consistency with brand guidelines across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with management to support promotional activities and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Track analytics and suggest improvements for social media performance.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any stream (preferred: Graphic Designing, Multimedia, Marketing, or related fields).
  • 0–3 years of experience in designing or social media management (freshers with skills can apply).
  • Proficiency in designing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent).
  • Good understanding of social media trends, branding, and content creation.
  • Strong creativity, visual sense, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time.
