Designer

As a Designer within our Creative Studio, you’ll play a key role in transforming consumer insight into compelling, original design solutions. Working closely with Art Directors, Design Managers and the wider Creative team, you’ll contribute to the development of market‑leading concepts across a diverse range of product formats.

You’ll help bring creative ideas to life by combining consumer understanding, trend awareness and commercial thinking. Through collaboration, creativity and technical excellence, you’ll support the delivery of engaging designs that resonate with customers and meet business objectives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality creative responses to briefs, ensuring work is completed within agreed timelines and Critical Date Path milestones.
  • Develop innovative, sustainable and commercially viable designs that align with brief requirements across a variety of projects and formats.
  • Apply consumer insight, creative strategy and business understanding throughout the design process.
  • Participate actively in feedback sessions and collaborative discussions with managers, peers and cross‑functional teams.
  • Work closely with technical teams to explore creative solutions that support product and value objectives.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative studio environment that encourages creativity and continuous improvement.

Your Accountabilities

  • Communicate original ideas effectively using a broad range of design styles, references and creative approaches.
  • Source and share inspirational material that translates consumer insight and emerging trends into engaging design solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and creative output while managing multiple projects.
  • Ensure all designs meet required aesthetic, technical and colour standards.
  • Take ownership of personal development and actively seek opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Embrace continuous learning and contribute to the ongoing development of creative excellence within the studio.

To Be Successful You Will Need
