About You:
- 2+ years’ B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS.
- Target-driven with a track record of exceeding goals.
- Strong communicator and relationship-builder.
- Organised, resilient and confident managing a busy pipeline.
- Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce is a bonus).
- Permanent, unrestricted Right to Work in the UK + commutable to Leeds.
You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across a comprehensive suite of software solutions. Expect variety, autonomy, and the ability to make a real impact on revenue and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong client relationships and understand each customer's challenges and goals.
- Increase MRR through upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop strategic account plans to maximise growth.
- Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data.
- Meet daily KPIs and sales targets.
- Share market insight and customer feedback with the wider team.
