Deskside Support Subject Matter Expert
Role Summary:
Deskside Support Subject Matter Expert to serve as the escalation point for advanced desktop and end-user computing issues beyond Tier 1/2 service desk capability. The role involves hands-on hardware break-fix, MECM administration (application deployment, patching, OS deployment, endpoint inventory), and troubleshooting across Windows 10/11 environments, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and O365/M365 applications.
