  • Provide dedicated VIP technical support to the ADB President, ensuring prompt resolution of IT-related issues.
  • Deliver onsite support daily at ADB Headquarters and other designated locations as required.
  • Maintain and support end-user devices, applications, communication tools, and related technologies used by the President.
  • Ensure service delivery meets established VIP support service levels and performance standards.
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Monitor and maintain service readiness to ensure uninterrupted support availability.
  • Provide technical assistance at the President's residence in Forbes Park, Makati City, when required.
  • During periods of low VIP support demand, assist with Service Desk operations and Telephone Operations (TelOps) activities to support overall IT service delivery.
  • Document support activities, incidents, and resolutions in accordance with organizational procedures.
