1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst

We are looking for a 1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst to join a small IT support team within the financial services industry. You will provide day-to-day technical support to users, resolving hardware, software and access issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to end users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues
  • Manage user accounts, passwords and permissions
  • Set up laptops, desktops and mobile devices
  • Log and manage incidents through the ticketing system
  • Escalate more complex issues where required

Requirements

  • 1 year experience in a 1st Line, Service Desk or Desktop Support role
  • Good understanding of the Microsoft technology stack
  • Basic Active Directory and user administration experience
  • Confident troubleshooting Windows and Microsoft 365 issues
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Keen to develop into a stronger 2nd Line Support position

Logistics

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday (40 hours a week)
  • Location: London, Mayfair
  • Work Mode: Onsite
