Summary:

A role has arisen for a Desktop Support Engineer to join us to provide IT support to all areas within the firm, across our two London offices. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role, with responsibility for delivering a great user experience to staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the corporate-only iPhone fleet through Apple Business Manager and Intune MDM, including DEP enrolment, supervised device policies, and lifecycle refresh
  • Dealing with customers in person at the Tech Hub
  • Work with co-workers to increase knowledge across the Global Service Desk team

Attributes/Skills:

  • Experience working within a professional services environment is essential
  • Demonstrable understanding of the Microsoft 365 suite, including Entra ID, Intune as well as DNS/DHCP
  • Experience working with Dynamics 365 is highly beneficial
  • Experience of logging tickets in ITSM call logging software
