Unfortunately, we are unable to consider dual nationals for this position.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Providing hands-on technical support to users on-site, helping to resolve hardware, software and general IT issues.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems, escalating more complex issues to the appropriate teams where needed.
- Supporting the installation, configuration and maintenance of IT equipment and services.
- Assisting with infrastructure and technology projects, including deployments, upgrades and other site-based activities.
- Monitoring systems and responding to incidents to help keep services running effectively.
- Keeping accurate records of incidents, equipment and technical activities.
- Following established processes, security requirements and best practices when delivering IT support.
- Working closely with colleagues and other technical teams to resolve issues and maintain a high level of service.
- Helping to identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve the user experience.
- Continuing to develop your technical knowledge and keeping up to date with relevant technologies.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
