Salary: Up to £55k + Industry Leading Bonus
Location: London (Hybrid)

An Technology Driven Trading Firm is looking for a highly talented Lead Desktop Engineer with financial services experience to join and lead an elite group in group of individuals.

Role:
- Leading a small team across all L1-L3 issues
- Spending time working on mission-critical infrastructure projects
- Automating anything and everything
- Continuing to expand both their on-prem and cloud storage offering
- Working across different OS.
Skills:
- 1-5 years of experience as a Desktop Engineer/Systems Administrator within financial services - ideally for a trading firm
- Some experience leading a small team and being the contact point to the business for that team
- Strong knowledge of automation e.g. PowerShell
- Good understanding of the Windows Infrastructure stack (Server, O365, AD)
- Experience with VMware or Hyper V
- Familiarity with storage is a plus (both on-prem and cloud)
- A Computer Science Degree is heavily advantageous but not essential
