Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective desktop support to employees, resolving hardware, software, email, telephony, and collaboration platform issues.
• Maintain and support all onsite IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Manage incident and service request queues, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and setting clear expectations with users.
• Assist with device builds, imaging, and deployment using MECM/SCCM, ensuring standardization and security compliance.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including user account creation, device provisioning, and access reviews.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, warranty claims, and technical support to ensure minimal downtime.
• Monitor and troubleshoot email, calendar, and collaboration tools within the Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams, Exchange, and SharePoint.
• Support meeting room technologies, video conferencing systems, and AV equipment to facilitate seamless communication.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance support processes and user experience.
• Contribute to security compliance efforts by gathering evidence, supporting audits, and implementing security policies.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventories and oversee hardware lifecycle management to optimize resource utilization.
• Provide face-to-face, telephone, email, and instant messaging support, maintaining a high level of customer service throughout.
