2nd Line Desktop Support Analyst – Financial Services
Location: South London – Hybrid, 2 days per week in the office

I’m currently recruiting for a 2nd Line Desktop Support Analyst to join an established Financial Services organisation within its Service Delivery function.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role supporting users across the business, troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring a high-quality technology experience. You'll work closely with Service Desk and Infrastructure teams while taking ownership of incidents through to resolution.
- Provide hands-on 2nd Line/Desktop Support to business users
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and application issues
- Manage incidents and service requests through to resolution
- Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices and other IT equipment
- Manage user access to business applications and data
- Deliver a high level of customer service to users and senior stakeholders
- Work closely with wider Infrastructure and IT teams

What we’re looking for
- Previous 2nd Line Support / Desktop Support experience
- Strong M365 experience
- Knowledge of Windows, Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- Desktop and laptop build experience
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Financial Services experience would be advantageous
- Experience supporting investment/business applications such as Bloomberg or BlackRock would be beneficial
- ITIL knowledge/qualification would also be advantageous

£40,000 base salary with exceptional pension options
