🚨 Hiring: End User Support / Desktop Support Engineer
📍 Location: Marylebone, London, UK – Hybrid (Tuesday to Thursday Onsite)
🕒 Schedule: On-demand support on Monday & Friday
📅 Experience: 7+ Years

⭐ Focus: White-Glove / VIP Support
We are looking for top-tier End User Support / End User Services Engineers with strong experience in VIP/white-glove support, excellent customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Trading Application Support – Trading platforms, market data tools, incident triage, latency & performance troubleshooting
- AV/VC Support – Microsoft Teams, multi-monitor setups, cameras, microphones, docking stations
- Microsoft Endpoint Management – Intune, Autopilot, device compliance, policies & application deployment
- Azure / Microsoft Entra ID – Authentication, MFA, Conditional Access, device identity
- Office 365 – Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, profiles, indexing, add-ins & connectivity
- Windows 10/11 Administration – Drivers, profiles, performance, BitLocker & printing
- Mobile Device Management – Apple Business Manager, DEP, iOS & MDM onboarding

🔹 Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Experience supporting traders in front-office / high-pressure environments
- Strong white-glove / concierge support experience for VIP executives and senior stakeholders
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Local to London and available for Tuesday–Thursday onsite support
- Strong customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills
