Provide on-site support for incidents, requests, and enquiries from users.
Collaborate with the digital agent by carrying out and validating AI-guided actions.
Coordinate communication between users, the Service Desk, and specialist teams where necessary.
Prepare, install, configure, replace, and commission equipment, peripherals, and workstations.
Provide support for meeting rooms, videoconferencing solutions, audiovisual equipment, and collaborative tools.
Carry out operations relating to relocations, migrations, workstation changes, logistical activities, and equipment preparation.
Record and update tickets in the ITSM tool, ensuring full traceability of interventions.
Carry out regular checks to ensure that meeting rooms and audiovisual equipment are functioning correctly.

Required profile
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in on-site support or field support in corporate environments.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong user-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently whilst utilizing procedures and artificial intelligence tools.
- Solid knowledge of:
- The Workplace environment.
- Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and business applications).
- User operating systems.
- Workstations, peripherals, printers, and docking stations.
- Videoconferencing solutions, meeting rooms, and audiovisual equipment.
- Mobile devices, Wi-Fi, VPNs, and remote access.
- ITSM tools, inventory management, and endpoint administration.
- Excellent skills in diagnosing, prioritizing, and resolving incidents, with a strong focus on first-time resolution and service quality.

- Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration tools.
- Videoconferencing systems and meeting rooms.
- Mobile devices and connectivity solutions (Wi-Fi, VPN, and remote access).
- ITSM, inventory management, and endpoint management tools.
- Automation solutions, DEX (Digital Employee Experience), and digital agents used for on-site support.
