Standard DSS with MDM Requirement: Short term for 2 months
Site Address: Airbus UK, Chester Road, Broughton, Flintshire, CH4 0DR
Duration: 2 Months (August & September 2026)
Shift Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: Immediate
Requirement: Need Techs with Industrial work background with 3 years of relevant experience in DSS and MDM (Mobile Device Management) with SNOW knowledge.
- Language: Approachable and Strong English language skill.
- Driving License: A Must

JD/SCOPE OF WORK: For Airbus Belfast 2 months requirement
Candidate should possess 4-5 years of experience in supporting laptops, desktops, and smartphones (both iOS and Android). Additionally, they should have a background working in an industrial environment and a strong understanding of Health & Safety (H&S) protocols.
Key responsibilities and qualifications include:
- Hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Basic network troubleshooting.
- Preparing laptops & Smartphones and assisting users directly.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and a digital environment.
- Stock management and to conduct monthly audit, have knowledge of ServiceNow is preferable for ticket management.
- Hardware repairs (laptop/desktop out of warranty) & warranty processing (coordination with OEM for device repair).
- Reimage devices in case of OS not recoverable & Software installations.
