Are you one of the best engineers on your support desk?
A leading global hedge fund is looking for a senior engineer to become the right hand to the Head of Global Support. It's a small, sharp team supporting around 200+ users, including PMs, traders, and senior leadership. You'd own the tricky stuff: escalations, VIP support, major incidents, and the projects that move the platform forward. You'd sit alongside developers, network and systems engineers, and the business has no barriers to learning. If you want to go deeper into Azure, Intune, scripting, or AI tooling, it's there for you.

What they want:
- Senior desktop or deskside experience in a hedge fund, trading or FS environment
- Genuine white-glove support for traders and VIPs
- Strong technical depth in Windows, M365, Intune/Entra and Bloomberg
