My client, a leading global macro hedge fund, is seeking a Senior Desktop Support Engineer to join their technology team in London.
The successful candidate will join a small, highly collaborative team providing L1–L3 desktop support to a sophisticated user base, including senior executives. The role combines hands-on BAU support with a constant flow of technology projects, including iPhone rollouts, software upgrades, and firm-wide technology changes.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge across Microsoft 365, Azure, Citrix, Active Directory, and Windows, alongside proven experience delivering VIP / white-glove support within a hedge fund, wealth management, or asset management environment.
This is a senior individual contributor position with significant ownership and visibility across the business, with the opportunity to progress into a team leadership position over time. You'll work closely with Systems, Linux, and Development teams in a highly collaborative environment, providing exposure to a broad range of technology and projects.
