Hardware Install Engineers
Location: Aberdeen (Onsite)
Contract Duration: 4 Months
Start Date: November 2026
Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday to Friday
Overview
We are seeking 6 Hardware Install Engineer’s to support a large-scale end-user device Install project. The successful candidates will be responsible for the installation and replacement of end-user devices across the estate, working as part of a dedicated project team. This is a hands-on Install role requiring strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and previous experience supporting desktop rollout or refresh projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and replace end-user devices across multiple departments.
- Carry out hardware installations, device swaps, and desk-side support activities.
- Disconnect, reconnect, and test user equipment and peripherals.
- Provide first-line support and basic troubleshooting during deployments.
- Ensure all devices are configured and deployed in line with project requirements.
- Accurately update deployment records and asset tracking documentation.
- Escalate any technical issues to the appropriate support teams.
- Support the collection and management of legacy equipment.
- Deliver excellent customer service while working directly with end users.
