Job Description
Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and Windows Autopilot.
Manage Microsoft 365, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
Provide support for ServiceNow ticket management.
Troubleshoot PST/OST files, Outlook issues, and Print Spooler services.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot network and standalone printers and scanners.
Coordinate with OEM vendors for hardware repairs and major printer issues.

Perform printer driver installation, cartridge replacement, paper jam resolution, and PrintLogic support.
Execute hardware refresh and deployment projects.
Own the end-user onboarding process, including:
- Hardware allocation
- Device configuration
- Software installation
- CMDB updates
- Basic IT induction for new employees
Manage offboarding activities, including hardware collection, inventory updates, and compliance with HR legal hold procedures.
Support network, Zoom, and change management activities for BAU and project work.
Assist users with data backup in accordance with company policies.
