Temporary to Permanent
Full-Time (9:30am – 6:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am – 5:00pm Friday)

We are excited to be representing our client in looking for a Despatch Operative to join their growing team. Assisting the Despatch Team Leader, this is the ideal role for a candidate that has previous all-round experience in a busy warehouse operation, and can ensure the efficient daily operation of the despatch area.

- Knowledge and understanding of relevant Export Compliance information.
- Communicate effectively with Sales on queries for customer orders and resolve queries.
- Ensure that FIFO and batch traceability rules are adhered to.
- Daily upkeep of Despatch KPI’s.
- Picking.
- Packing.
- Use of Microsoft packages.
- Any other duties as requested by Management.
The Person
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- High level of numeracy and literacy.
- Previous experience of working with a complex picking system.
- Previous experience in a despatch environment.
- PC literate – use of Microsoft packages – Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience of Wave Picker and other pick assisting vehicles.
