We are currently recruiting for a Despatch Operative
on our Backshift at our Fresh potato packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire.
Shift & Hours of work: Sunday to Thursday - fixed shift, working 18:00hrs to 02:15hrs
Salary: £13.70 per hour (plus 50p per hour backshift premium)

Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to quality and safety standards
- Prepare items for dispatch, including labelling and documenting all necessary information
- Load and unload products from delivery vehicles and ensure that they are stored in the correct locations
- Conduct stock checks and maintain an organized despatch area
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and dispatch targets
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and safety in the work area, following company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Counterbalance (FLT) licence is required
- Previous experience in a warehouse or despatch environment is preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in order fulfilment
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and tasks as required
