Summary And Purpose

To join our dynamic team to ensure final inspection, packing and despatch are undertaken in a manner which guarantees all components meet the required quality and specification requirements as desired. The postholder must ensure that before the worksurfaces are despatched, they are packed in a manner which ensures the products arrives to their destination, with the correct documentation, and in full, without damage and in a presentable form. This process should be carried out accurately (within defined company tolerances) and as efficiently as possible whilst ensuring machines and working areas are maintained to the highest possible standard as defined in the relevant SOP(s) within the department. As quality inspection and despatch may not always be a full-time task, the postholder is expected to assist in the factory during the course of the day in a general operative role that will enable the production team to work effectively and efficiently. The postholder must facilitate change by promoting and enforcing continuous improvement activity within the team and provide support for other areas of production where necessary ensuring all H&S protocols are adhered to at all times.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
