Destination Account Manager (Spanish Speaking)

London (Hybrid – 1 day per week in the office)
£25.65 per hour
ASAP Start | 12-Month Contract | PAYE

Are you a commercially minded Account Manager with a passion for building partnerships, analysing data and driving business growth? We're looking for a Spanish-speaking Destination Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of destinations across Spain and other Spanish-speaking markets for a leading global travel experiences platform.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage relationships with key suppliers and attraction partners.
  • Identify opportunities to grow destination performance through data and market insights.
  • Source new products and experiences to strengthen the marketplace offering.
  • Improve pricing, availability, conversion and overall product quality.
  • Support commercial negotiations and long-term partner growth.
  • Use reporting and analytics to make informed business decisions.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent Spanish and English.
  • Experience in Account Management, Partner Management or a similar commercial role.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Excel, Tableau, Looker or Power BI is advantageous.
