🛠️ We’re Hiring: Destination Marketing Coordinator (Entry-Level / Junior / Associate)

We’re looking for a highly organised, creative, and proactive Destination Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of destination marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about travel and tourism and enjoys coordinating campaigns, creating content, working with partners, and supporting projects that promote destinations to domestic and international audiences.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and coordination of destination marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Coordinate marketing tasks, timelines, content schedules, and campaign deliverables
- Create and maintain content for websites, social media, email campaigns, blogs, newsletters, and destination guides
- Manage social media content calendars and coordinate publishing schedules
- Research tourism trends, visitor behaviour, target audiences, competitor destinations, and emerging markets
- Assist with digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media promotion
- Coordinate with tourism businesses, hotels, attractions, tour operators, travel agencies, airlines, and other industry partners
- Support the production and distribution of marketing materials, including photography, video, brochures, and promotional assets
- Assist with influencer, PR, media, partnership, and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate destination events, exhibitions, trade shows, familiarisation trips, and promotional activities where required
- Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, social media engagement, enquiries, and other key metrics
- Prepare campaign updates, reports, presentations, and performance summaries
- Maintain accurate marketing calendars, partner databases, campaign records, and project documentation
- Track deadlines and follow up with internal teams and external partners to ensure deliverables are completed on time
- Identify opportunities to improve destination visibility, visitor engagement, and marketing performance
- Stay up to date with tourism trends, destination developments, and digital marketing best practices

✅ Requirements
- Entry-Level / Junior / Associate (0–3+ years of experience)
- Degree, diploma, or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus
- Strong interest in destination marketing, travel, tourism, and hospitality
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- Good content writing, copywriting, and storytelling abilities
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and work effectively with internal and external partners
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Based in the United Kingdom with the legal right to work in the UK
