Destination Marketing Executive
Position Summary
Destination Marketing Executive is a part-time, remote role focused on promoting ServiceMaster By Simons Companies’ restoration services to key geographic markets and audiences. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing destination-specific marketing plans, conducting market research on target neighborhoods and commercial hubs, and creating campaigns that build brand awareness and generate qualified leads. This role will collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with service offerings, manage digital and local marketing initiatives, and track performance metrics to optimize reach and conversion. The Destination Marketing Executive will also support sales by identifying partnership opportunities, coordinating promotional activities, and preparing market-focused reports and presentations.

- Skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective destination-focused campaigns.
- Skills in Market Research to identify target audiences, assess competitive landscapes, and analyze local trends.
- Strong Communication skills to create clear messaging, collaborate with internal teams, and engage external partners.
- Sales-related skills to support lead generation, nurture prospects, and contribute to revenue objectives.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems) is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines is required.
- Familiarity with service-based or restoration industries and the greater Chicago market is an advantage.
- Relevant education or training in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
