Marketing Executive

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home)

Salary: £27,000 – £29,000 DOE

The Opportunity

An award-winning integrated communications agency is looking for a Marketing Executive to join its growing marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who is looking to develop experience across destination marketing, events, communications, travel trade engagement and integrated marketing campaigns. You'll work across a portfolio of high-profile client accounts, supporting the delivery of training programmes, events, trade engagement initiatives and wider marketing activity.

The role would suit a highly organised, proactive individual who enjoys building relationships, coordinating multiple projects and presenting to audiences. While experience within travel or tourism would be beneficial, it is not essential. More important is a genuine interest in the sector, strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with large groups.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with senior members of the team, you'll gain exposure to a wide range of integrated marketing and communications activity while developing your expertise within a supportive agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Destination Marketing & Trade Engagement

  • Support the delivery of travel trade engagement programmes across multiple client accounts.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of training initiatives, webinars, workshops and industry presentations.
  • Coordinate consumer and trade communications, including newsletters, updates and campaign materials.
  • Maintain CRM systems and databases, ensuring contact information and reporting remain accurate and up to date.
  • Build relationships with travel trade partners, industry stakeholders and client contacts.
  • Respond to information requests and help distribute relevant destination and campaign updates.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
