The Wedding Travel Company is growing, and we’re looking for ambitious, commercially driven sales professionals to join our fully remote team.

You’ll help couples plan unforgettable weddings across some of the world’s most sought-after destinations, managing qualified enquiries and turning wedding plans into confirmed bookings.

We’re looking for people who are sales-driven, self-motivated, highly organised and confident managing their own pipeline. Previous destination wedding or travel sales experience is an advantage, but isn’t essential.

Responsibilities

  • Managing qualified wedding enquiries from initial contact through to booking
  • Speaking with couples to understand their wedding plans, preferences and budget
  • Recommending suitable destinations, venues and wedding options
  • Creating tailored proposals and following up enquiries to drive conversions
  • Managing your own sales pipeline and working towards individual targets
  • Building strong relationships with couples throughout the sales process
  • Delivering excellent customer service while maintaining a strong commercial focus.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
