Responsibilities
- Providing strategic, operational and professional leadership for the department
- Exercising oversight of performance and aligning the strategic direction to long-term goals
- Taking the lead on organisation-wide transformation programmes
- Overseeing engagement with client teams on unique or high-risk projects
- Ensuring appropriate ways of working and that essential controls are established
