Role Description
This remote opportunity is centered on developing yourself and others through coaching, mentoring, and facilitation activities. Day-to-day tasks include supporting individuals and small groups in their personal and professional growth journeys, helping them clarify goals, explore new perspectives, and build practical development plans. The role involves contributing to digital programs and resources, providing feedback on content, and engaging with participants through virtual sessions and online platforms. You will collaborate with Elan Solution to refine tools and approaches, share insights from your own experience, and foster a learning environment that encourages reflection, experimentation, and sustainable change. The position offers flexible engagement and is designed for individuals committed to continuous self-development while supporting the growth of others in a remote setting.

- Experience or strong interest in personal development, coaching, or mentoring, with the ability to support others in defining and pursuing growth goals.
- Background or familiarity with leadership, strategy, or organizational development, especially in international, nonprofit, or entrepreneurial environments.
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools and digital learning platforms, including video conferencing, online communities, and basic productivity software.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills, with the ability to build trust and facilitate open, respectful dialogue.
- Self-directed, reflective approach to work, with a commitment to your own ongoing learning and personal growth.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and contribute ideas to improve programs and digital offerings.
- Experience in training, facilitation, or adult education is beneficial, as is prior work in international development, social impact, or related fields.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages and cross-cultural experience are an advantage.
