React Developer - Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled React Developer to build and maintain modern web applications and reusable UI components. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in React, TypeScript, API integration, state management, and front-end engineering best practices.
Working within Agile teams, you will collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend developers to deliver scalable, high-quality user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Build reusable, responsive, and maintainable UI components.
- Integrate applications with backend services using REST APIs.
- Implement and manage application state using Redux or similar libraries.
- Translate business and UX requirements into high-quality front-end solutions.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following development standards.
- Create and maintain unit tests using frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and performance issues.
- Collaborate effectively within Agile/Scrum teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills
- Strong experience with React.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Solid understanding of React Hooks, component lifecycle, and state management concepts.
- Experience with Redux / Redux Toolkit.
- Strong experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.
- Experience with unit testing and test automation practices.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub, GitLab, and Git-based development workflows.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Pega Constellation using React SDK.
- Knowledge of accessibility and performance optimization best practices.
- Familiarity with component libraries, design systems, and modern front-end architecture patterns.
