Role Overview
We are seeking an Analytics Platform Engineer to join our team, where you will play a key role in designing, building, and evolving a robust analytics hosting platform that supports mission-critical solutions. In this role, you will develop, test, deploy, and enhance platform capabilities, resolve issues within existing analytics services, and provide hands-on engineering support to Data Scientists and MLOps teams working across a range of technologies. You will operate in a dynamic environment with varied and sometimes unfamiliar technical challenges, requiring strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a practical engineering mindset to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure solutions that enable data-driven outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Work on high-impact projects focused on cloud migration and data management.
- Build scalable, secure systems and contribute to the full software development lifecycle.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy a new analytics hosting platform.
- Handle bug fixes and feature requests for existing mission-facing analytics.
- Provide engineering support to MLOps engineers and Data Scientists. These are unpredictable and highly variable requirements, potentially using unfamiliar technology, so a flexible style is required.
