The post holder will take the lead in developing, procuring, and monitoring s106 legal agreements and their implementation to ensure that developer contributions are secured and paid to partners and stakeholders in a timely and accountable way, ensuring that the necessary investments are made in infrastructure and services to support our economic growth and communities at key stages of the development cycle.

The role will provide you with experience of working with a variety of teams across the Council and with elected representatives as well as external partners and stakeholders. The post will also support the collection of Community Infrastructure Levy.
