What you'll do.
Reporting to one of our Lead Developers, you'll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining innovative technology solutions that support our customers and colleagues. Working as part of a collaborative agile team, you'll contribute to the delivery of high-quality software while helping to shape and improve our platforms, products, and services.

You'll Also
- Deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-quality code that supports business objectives and customer needs
- Participate in discovery, analysis, and design sessions with business stakeholders and team members
- Contribute actively to retrospectives and identify opportunities to enhance processes, ways of working, and technical solutions
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and tools, sharing knowledge and insights with colleagues.
What you'll bring.
You'll have a genuine passion for technology and enjoy learning new skills, exploring new tools, and solving challenging problems.
You'll Be a Great Fit If You
- Good knowledge of programming languages and good working knowledge of one or more of the following technologies: Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, React, AWS
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and serverless frameworks
- A disciplined approach to version control using tools such as Git
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
