Developer Services Manager

Developer Services Manager will be responsible for managing the relationship between water companies and property developers, ensuring that new developments receive water, waste water, and drainage services in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities Include

  • Reviewing new development proposals and assessing capacity within water and waste water networks.
  • Managing applications for new water connections, sewer connections, and infrastructure adoption.
  • Overseeing agreements, costs, quotations, and project delivery.
  • Ensuring designs and construction works meet company and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinating technical reviews, inspections, and approvals.
  • Leading teams of engineers, inspectors, and customer service specialists involved in development projects.
