About The Role
Developer Services Support Advisor
Working hours: Full time, 37 hours per week (flexible working arrangements including part time will be considered)
Permanent
Salary: from £28,475 to £33,500 per year (depending on experience)
Location: hybrid working with office location at Washington, Tyne and Wear
About The Role
We are looking for a Developer Services Support Advisor to join our Integrated Delivery Services team based at our Leat House office in Washington, Tyne and Wear.
The purpose of this role is to provide first class technical administrative support in a customer service environment dealing with new water service connections, whilst delivering an unrivalled customer experience to all internal and external customers.
- You’ll be responsible for liaising with developers, consultants, and contractors in respect of the delivery of their water supply, ensuring they have all the support and guidance throughout the process and managing the customer experience and expectations.
- You will manage the developer journey from inspections up to the point they are ready for the water connection. This requires you to liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure all relevant criteria is met before the connection can be made.
- You will work closely with the Integrated Delivery Planning and Construction teams to deliver an unrivalled customer experience. You will achieve company performance targets, in line with D-Mex and provide high quality information for customer complaints and reporting.
About You
- If you have good customer service and administration experience, we would love to hear from you! We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and has the drive to achieve high performance.
- You will have the ability to work alone but you will be very effective as part of a team, collectively working together to overcome challenges and obstacles. You have an innovative mind and a can-do attitude, always looking for improvement and adaptable to change.
- You will have excellent people and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of internal and external stakeholders and translate complex messages to a range of customers.
- You will have the ability to plan and organise your tasks, with internal and external pressures, within timescales to meet business and customer requirements and experience in a range of IT systems including Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Office 365.
- You will have an eye for detail, ensuring all data gathered and input into the system is accurate and relevant and experience of managing work queues and Service Level Agreements.
