CONTRACT TYPE: 12 Month Fixed-term Contract, Full-time
DEPARTMENT: BBC Studios Communications
LOCATION: London – Television Centre
PROPOSED SALARY RANGE:
Up to £28,000 plus £5,441 London Weighting depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Join BBC Studios’ Creative team as a Developing Creative, supporting the delivery of high-quality promotional, digital and social content across our portfolio of branded services in EMEA. You'll play a key role in producing and reversioning creative assets, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and to the highest standards. This is an exciting opportunity for a social-native creative with a passion for media, content and storytelling across multiple platforms.

Your Key Responsibilities And Impact
- Produce, quality check and deliver promotional, digital and social assets to support BBC Studios branded services across EMEA.
- Reversion and adapt creative materials in line with brand guidelines, audience requirements and platform specifications.
- Ensure all content is editorially accurate, technically compliant and delivered on time and within agreed budgets.
- Collaborate with Creative, Production and Operations teams to support campaign development and identify innovative creative solutions.
- Contribute ideas for broadcast, digital and social campaigns, using audience insights and emerging trends to maximise engagement.

Essential Criteria
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- A creative mindset with a passion for content, media, digital platforms and social storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgement and a commitment to maintaining high creative and production standards.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience creating social content and/or short-form creative assets, either professionally, academically or through personal projects.
Desired But Not Required
- Basic experience using editing or creative software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Photoshop.
- Knowledge of broadcast, advertising or content production workflows.
- Experience working in a creative, media or agency environment.
- Understanding of audience behaviours, social media trends and digital content best practice.
- Awareness of international audiences and cultural considerations across the EMEA region.
