Genuine Dining is a leading contract caterer delivering innovative, high-quality dining across the South of England. We’re looking for a Development Chef to drive menu innovation, mentor kitchen teams, and ensure consistent excellence across multiple sites.

Job Description

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and refresh menus with creativity and flair
  • Train and support site chefs, building skills and consistency
  • Maintain high culinary standards and implement new concepts
  • Oversee kitchen financials, including GP% and cost control
  • Lead seasonal projects and special initiatives across sites

Qualifications What we’re looking for:

  • Head Chef or Executive Chef experience, ideally with large-volume kitchens
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Creative, with a focus on innovation and consistent quality
  • Experience managing budgets and GP%
  • Committed to raising culinary standards
