Based at our Head Office and Factory in Goole, you'll be a driving force in product development, product support, and regulatory compliance. Working hand-in-hand with our sales team, valued customers, and production, you'll play a crucial part in the Technikraft Team.

THIS IS NOT A HYBRID ROLE/MUST LIVE WITHIN COMMUTING DISTANCE or be prepared to move.

About Us

Technikraft Ltd is a private label company servicing a wide range of industries. You will work across a genuinely broad portfolio: automotive fuel and engine treatments, cycling and motorcycle care products, cleaning chemicals, lubricants, coatings, hand care formulations, and industrial rust preventives and degreasers. A love of practical and independent work, scientific curiosity, and an ability to solve technical problems are all critical for the role.

About You

You're a qualified Chemist with at least a BSc in Chemistry with significant experience in product development and a strong understanding of regulatory landscapes. You're ready to be hands-on, involved in the commercial process, and capable of supporting complex projects. While experience in HI&I (Household, Industrial & Institutional) chemistries is preferred, we're open to candidates with expertise in other industrial chemistry domains.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
