Role Description
The Development Coach role is a full-time, on-site position based in Warrington. The Development Coach will support learners through their apprenticeship or training journey, providing coaching, feedback, and guidance to help them achieve industry-recognized qualifications and improve their workplace performance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Delivering structured coaching sessions
- Assessing learner progress against agreed standards
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Collaborating with employers to align learning activities with role requirements
- Tailoring development plans to individual needs
- Ensuring all training complies with regulatory and quality frameworks
- Contributing to continuous improvement by sharing best practices
- Participating in team meetings
- Supporting the overall learner experience
Qualifications
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, or training professionals, ideally within sales, management, or leadership contexts.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse learners.
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple learners, deadlines, and administrative requirements.
- Knowledge of apprenticeship frameworks or vocational qualifications, and understanding of assessment and quality assurance processes.
- Relevant professional or academic qualifications in coaching, training, education, or a related field (e.g., teaching qualification, coaching certification, or industry-specific credentials).
- Comfort working on-site with employers and learners, with a collaborative approach to stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for learning, documentation, and communication (e.g., LMS platforms, online meeting tools, MS Office).
- Demonstrated commitment to lifelong learning, continuous professional development, and inclusive practices.
