Job Description:

This could be the opportunity you are looking for to develop your career with a rapidly expanding and successful training provider.
We are an established, independent apprenticeship and qualifications training provider, and we're appointing a Development Coach to provide developmental support to learners in our Enrichment and Teaching Delivery Team. You'll give motivational and developmental feedback, and regularly review learner progress alongside their Line Manager, helping them stay on track and succeed.

Responsibilities:
The role is varied, and you will play a key part in supporting learners to progress and succeed.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working within a marking and review system to read and assess learner work
- Identifying strengths and areas for development, and suggesting stretch activities to challenge and engage learners
- Providing motivational and developmental feedback to support learner progress
- Reviewing learner progress regularly alongside their Line Manager
- Managing time and priorities effectively across routine, recurring tasks
- Sharing your occupational experience and competency in teaching, training, assessment, or learning and development with learners
