In your role as Content and Development Manager, you will lead and develop a team of learning-content specialists, creating an environment where creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement thrive.
- Define the structure, design principles, and quality standards for training content, ensuring a consistent and engaging learning experience across classroom, digital, and blended formats.
- Work closely with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to transform complex technical, operational, and commercial information into clear, learner-focused content that delivers measurable impact.
- Develop learning materials that support onboarding, technical development, professional growth, compliance, and role-based learning journeys across the business.
- Continuously evaluate learning effectiveness with training-delivery and operational teams, using feedback and insights to enhance content quality and improve learner outcomes.
- Manage the complete content lifecycle, ensuring all learning materials remain accurate, accessible, compliant, and aligned with evolving business priorities, products, and processes.
What Makes Us Successful Together
- Qualification in Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Education, Organisational Development, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience creating and managing high-quality learning content across technical, operational, systems, and behavioral development topics, with experience leading teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong instructional-design expertise and confidence using modern authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, or Adobe Captivate.
- Excellent stakeholder-management skills and the ability to translate complex information into engaging and accessible learning experiences.
- Experience with learning management systems, learning experience platforms, localisation, branding, tone of voice management, value-proposition training content, or agile ways of working would be advantageous.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple content-development projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, deadlines, and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, curious, and solutions-focused, with exceptional attention to detail. Enjoy building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and finding innovative ways to improve learning outcomes.
