About the Role
As a Development Co-Ordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of our store refurbishment and new store programme. Working closely with the Development Programme Lead and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, you'll help keep projects on track by coordinating activities, managing information, and ensuring requests and queries are handled efficiently.
This is a varied and fast-paced role that will see you working across multiple projects at different stages, providing essential administrative and coordination support to help deliver our property development plans. You'll be at the centre of project activity, building strong relationships, maintaining accurate records, and helping to ensure a smooth experience for colleagues, suppliers, and project teams alike.

Key Responsibilities – What you’ll be doing
- Coordinate activities across refurbishment, refit and new store projects to support successful delivery.
- Raise, manage and reconcile purchase orders and invoices through SAP.
- Maintain accurate project records, databases and development activity reports.
- Support budget tracking and CAPEX administration across multiple projects.
- Create and maintain supplier, asset and equipment records.
- Prepare and update project documentation, order packs and project trackers.
- Coordinate supplier deliveries to ensure they align with project timelines.
- Act as a key point of contact for stores, suppliers and internal stakeholders, resolving queries efficiently.
- Support project meetings, capture actions and distribute clear communications.
- Issue updates on upcoming store openings, refurbishments and development activity.
- Monitor project milestones and highlight risks or delays to the wider team.
- Source and coordinate storage solutions and other project requirements as needed.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Finance and suppliers to ensure projects remain on track.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain high standards across all systems and reporting.
- Provide administrative and coordination support across the wider Development Programme team.

With excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail, you'll be confident building relationships across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
