🚨 NEW ROLE | DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE – COMMERCIAL INSURANCE 🚨 📍 London | Reading | Maidstone | Southampton | Guildford 💰 Up to £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits 🏠 Hybrid Working

I’m currently working with a well-established commercial insurance broker that is investing heavily in growth across the South and looking to appoint an ambitious Development Executive.

This is a great opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys winning new business, getting in front of clients and building long-term relationships.

You’ll have the autonomy to develop your own client portfolio, backed by an experienced broking and placement team.

The Role

  • Generate new business across cross-class commercial insurance
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline
  • Meet regularly with business owners and key decision-makers
  • Generate opportunities through networking, referrals and market engagement
  • Develop and convert larger commercial risks, including £60k–£70k+ GWP premiums
  • Work closely with broking and placement teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Build long-term client relationships and grow your portfolio
  • Consistently achieve new business targets
