Development Finance Director | £120k + Benefits | Hertfordshire | Interviews Taking Place Now
Stride Recruitment is partnering with a growing specialist lender to recruit an experienced Development Finance Director to play a key role in the continued growth of its lending function.
We’re looking for a commercially driven professional with a proven track record in development finance origination, deal structuring and portfolio management, alongside strong relationships with developers, brokers and intermediaries.
This is a senior, hands-on position offering responsibility across business development, credit underwriting and portfolio management, from initial opportunity through to completion and redemption.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in development finance origination and business development
- Strong knowledge of structuring development finance facilities
- Understanding of development appraisals, valuations and property-related risks
- Experience in credit underwriting and presenting proposals to senior decision-makers
- Knowledge of the legal and professional processes involved in development finance
- Excellent relationship-building skills, particularly with developers, brokers and intermediaries
