Role Description

The Property Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in London. This role is responsible for managing development projects from initial concept through completion, including site identification, feasibility assessment, and coordination of planning and approvals. The Property Development Manager will:

  • Negotiate and manage contracts with consultants and contractors
  • Coordinate with internal finance teams
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards
  • Regularly report to senior management
  • Conduct risk assessment
  • Maintain strong relationships with external partners, local authorities, and other stakeholders

Salary

£65-75,000/year

Starting Cash Bonus

£10,000 if able to start under 1 month.

Bonus

1/3 salary for 3 large scale mixed use alternative living sites in Bristol & any new projects.

Qualifications

  • Ability to conduct and interpret feasibility studies, including market analysis and project viability assessments.
  • Strong finance and budgeting skills, with experience in financial modeling, cost control, and investment appraisal.
  • Proficiency in contract negotiation, including managing terms with consultants, contractors, and service providers.
  • Experience in property management, with an understanding of asset performance, tenant needs, and operational considerations.
  • Relevant degree in real estate, finance, construction management, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in property development or real estate project management, preferably in an urban environment.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of UK planning regulations and development processes in London is highly desirable.
