Development Manager | Low-Carbon Infrastructure
📍 Oxfordshire – hybrid, 3 days per week
💷 £75,000–£90,000
I’m recruiting a Development Manager for a fast-growing organisation delivering major low-carbon energy infrastructure projects across the UK.
You’ll take ownership of projects through the development lifecycle, helping turn early-stage opportunities into commercially viable, investment-ready projects.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead projects through development and stage-gate processes
- Coordinate commercial, technical, planning and legal workstreams
- Develop business and investment cases
- Manage planning, consenting, land and utility requirements
- Engage with local authorities, partners and key stakeholders
- Support projects through investment approval and towards financial close

We’re looking for strong development experience within energy, utilities, renewables or infrastructure. Heat network experience would be highly desirable.
