We are seeking a capable Development Manager to support the appraisal and delivery of development projects across the UK and Ireland, with opportunities to contribute to international work. This role suits a professional with client-side property development experience who is looking to further develop their experience.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting Senior Development Managers and Directors with the appraisal and progression of live and prospective development opportunities.
  • Supporting the population and testing of financial models.
  • Assisting due diligence and funding activity.
  • Arranging and managing professional team appointments, key trackers and registers.
  • Assisting in the management of budget and cost elements.
  • Tracking commercial performance.
  • Coordinating and assisting with various development delivery activities.
  • Collaborating with clients and project teams.

You’ll need to have:

  • Skilled in communication, influencing, organisation, and time management.
  • Degree-qualified.
  • Experience in client-side development and or project management.
  • Working with financial models including Excel and Estates Master.
  • MS Project or suitable alternatives.
  • Managing multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Overseeing development budgets, programmes and trackers.
  • A strong understanding of the real estate market.
  • Experience in public sector partnerships and residential-led regeneration is preferred but not requisite.
  • Additional European languages would be an asset.
