Development Officer
Current vacancy for a housing provider to join as a Development Officer.
This is a newly created position and will be reporting to the Head of Development.
Key duties will include:
- To ensure all development files up to date in line with Homes England requirements.
- Quality inspections / audits of sites.
- Budget management including process invoices, sign off accounts, manage cash flow.
- Use of development software.
- Provide support during the handover process including attending handover.
- Attend Pre-Tenancy Workshop’s and sign-up meetings with prospective tenants.
- Manage media activity around development sites.
- Manage and record accurate documents / records to industry standard.
- Manage defect queries.
- Work as part of wider department and organisation to provide all round excellent customer experience.
